The agreement between you and GLPMGR

1 Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing, or using GLPMGR, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. These terms apply alongside GLPMGR's Privacy Policy, which describes how your data is handled. GLPMGR is provided by iSafeNet (referred to in these terms as “we”, “us” and “GLPMGR's developer”).

2 What GLPMGR is

GLPMGR is a personal tracking app for people on GLP-1 medication regimens. It helps you log injections, weight, symptoms, and body measurements, view progress over time, and set dose reminders. GLPMGR has no free tier: using the app requires an active subscription (see section 5), and every feature is included in it.

3 Not medical advice

GLPMGR is a record-keeping and reminder tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing in the app — including dose reminders, charts, or projections — should be treated as a recommendation about what, when, or how much medication to take.

Always follow your prescribing clinician's instructions, and consult your doctor or pharmacist before making any change to your treatment. If you believe you're experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately rather than relying on this app.

4 Eligibility

GLPMGR is intended for adults managing their own treatment. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use GLPMGR.

5 Subscriptions & billing

GLPMGR has no free tier. Using the app requires an active subscription, offered as one of two auto-renewing plans, billed and managed entirely through your Apple ID / App Store account:

• The 7-day free trial is an introductory offer on the Monthly plan only. Apple offers it to eligible new subscribers, once per Apple ID for this subscription group. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you are charged £4.99, then every month until you cancel. The Yearly plan has no trial.
• Prices are shown in pounds sterling; the price in your region is set by the App Store and shown before you confirm.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial.
• Manage or cancel a subscription anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies — GLPMGR cannot issue refunds directly. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Nothing in this section affects any legal rights you have as a consumer.

6 Your data & content

You own the entries, photos, and other content you create in GLPMGR. We don't claim any ownership over it, and — as described in the Privacy Policy — it stays on your device (and your own iCloud, if you enable sync) rather than on a GLPMGR server. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your device secure, since GLPMGR has no way to back up or recover data it never receives.

7 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with GLPMGR beyond what applicable law expressly permits.
• Use the app to store or transmit unlawful content, or in a way that infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to circumvent GLPMGR's subscription or licensing mechanisms.
• Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it for other users.

8 Intellectual property

GLPMGR's name, design, and underlying software are the property of its developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app — it doesn't transfer any ownership of that intellectual property to you.

9 Third-party services

GLPMGR integrates with Apple services — HealthKit, iCloud, and the App Store — to provide its features. Your use of those services is also governed by Apple's own terms and policies, which are outside GLPMGR's control.

10 Disclaimer of warranties

GLPMGR is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculation, reminder, or chart it produces will be accurate or complete.

11 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLPMGR's developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the app — including any decision made about medication timing or dosage. Our total liability for any claim relating to GLPMGR will not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

12 Termination

You may stop using GLPMGR at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or discontinue GLPMGR, or any of its features, at any time — for example, if the app is withdrawn from the App Store. If that happens during a subscription period you have already paid for, you may be able to request a refund of the unused time from Apple (see section 5). Because your data lives on your device, deleting the app is also how you delete your data (see the Privacy Policy for details).

13 Changes to the app or these terms

We may update GLPMGR's features and these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the "Effective" date above and note the change in the app's release notes. Continuing to use GLPMGR after an update means you accept the revised terms.

14 Apple as a third-party beneficiary

These terms are between you and GLPMGR's developer only, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for GLPMGR. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) to you; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to GLPMGR. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you relating to GLPMGR, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection law. Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

15 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from any mandatory protections under the law of the country in which you live.
