Yes. GLPMGR is a private GLP-1 tracker for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. It records each injection with its dose and injection site, follows your dose steps (titration), tracks weight and side effects, and reminds you when your next dose is due. It needs no account and keeps your data on your device.

Semaglutide (including Ozempic and Wegovy), tirzepatide (Mounjaro and Zepbound), liraglutide (Saxenda and Victoza) and dulaglutide (Trulicity) as injections, and, as tablets, semaglutide (Rybelsus and the Wegovy pill) and orforglipron (Foundayo). You can also type in any other medicine by name. Injection-site information is shown only for medicines with a verified manufacturer list.

Yes. Choose the medicine when you record a dose, set your schedule and dose steps, and GLPMGR tracks the rest. GLPMGR is an independent app and is not affiliated with any manufacturer; brand names are used only to say which medicines it works with.

Yes. Whether your GLP-1 medicine is for weight loss or type 2 diabetes, and whether you call it a jab or a shot, GLPMGR logs each dose and where you injected it, follows your dose steps, and keeps your weight beside them. Tablets work too. It never works out or recommends a dose: that's for your prescriber.

No. It shows the injection areas the manufacturer lists for your medicine in your region, and marks on a body map where you have injected before. It does not recommend a site, and it is not medical advice. Talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse about where and how to inject.

Each injection can be recorded against one of the listed areas. The body map shades areas by how often you have used them, so you can see your own history at a glance. Where the manufacturer gives rotation wording, GLPMGR shows it word for word.

Yes. Most GLP-1 medicines start at a low dose and step up over a few weeks, which doctors call titration. Enter the steps your prescriber gave you and GLPMGR fills in your current dose (the step you're on) whenever you log an injection, then your schedule's dose once the steps are done. Your schedule shows which steps are done, the one you're on now and what's next. It never works out or recommends a dose.

Yes. You can log weight in kilograms, pounds or stones, and set a goal if you want one. Weight can also sync with Apple Health, which is off until you turn it on.

Yes. Side effects such as nausea, tiredness or constipation are common on GLP-1 medicines, and they’re not a sign you’re doing anything wrong. The diary records how you feel, how strong it was, when, and any notes, and shows when it happens in relation to your doses, so you have a clear record to talk through with your doctor or nurse.

Yes. GLPMGR can remind you before each dose is due and warn you when a pen, vial or prescription is running low. Reminders are scheduled on your device by iOS and nothing is sent from a server. It only sends notifications once you allow them.

Yes. The Apple Watch app is free: it shows how long until your next dose and lets you log your weight and water. A Premium subscription adds a dose alarm that taps your wrist until you mark the dose taken or snooze it, a Protein page, and some Watch face complications. Premium also adds the Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets and Live Activities, which show your next dose. The Progress widget is free.

Yes. Open, Today fits on one wide screen, as it does on an iPad in landscape: your next dose beside your journey, with one-tap logging underneath. Stood half open on a table, your next dose is on the top half and logging on the bottom. Closed, the outer screen works like any iPhone.

On your device. GLPMGR has no servers of its own, no account, no ads and no analytics, and it doesn't sync your records to iCloud. iPhone & iPad Sync, if you turn it on, keeps your own iPhone and iPad the same directly between the two, never through a server. You can also export your data and import it on another device, and automatic backups can save a locked copy to a folder you choose, such as iCloud Drive or a USB drive. Apple Health is optional and off by default.

GLPMGR is free to use. Premium, which adds the estimated medication level chart, the injection body map, the PDF report, blood glucose charts, side-effect timing patterns, symptoms around a dose increase, protein tracking, progress photos, the body measurements history, body composition trends, Home and Lock Screen widgets (the Progress widget is free), Live Activities, the dose alarm and Protein page on Apple Watch, and Siri and Shortcuts, is £4.99 a month, or £24.99 a year with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Prices are in GBP and local pricing is set by the App Store. Cancel any time in your device's Settings.

Cancel any time in your device's Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. On a new device, tap Restore Purchases in Settings, then Premium, to get your subscription back without paying again.

Yes. Export a spreadsheet (CSV) from your old app, then in GLPMGR go to Settings, Data & Backup, Import Doses From Another App. Any export with a date and a dose works. It's read on your iPhone and nothing is uploaded, and a dose already in GLPMGR is never added twice. Or, when you set up, say which dose step you're on and how many doses you've had, and GLPMGR carries on from there.

No. GLPMGR is for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch.

A gentle chart of roughly how much medicine may be in your body between doses, worked out from the doses you have logged and how long the medicine usually lasts (its half-life). It is an estimate for context, not a blood test, and should not be used to make treatment decisions.

Premium adds a view of how often you logged a symptom on each day since your last dose, from your own history. It only counts what you have logged, by day; it does not diagnose anything or say a dose caused a symptom.

Yes, with Premium: set a daily protein goal and log servings with one tap, on your iPhone or your Apple Watch. It is separate from the free Nutrition card, which reads protein, calories and water from whatever food-tracking app you already use, via Apple Health.

No. GLPMGR is a personal tracking and reminder tool, not a medical device. It follows the schedule you or your prescriber set up and never works out or recommends a dose. Always follow the instructions from your doctor, nurse or pharmacist.

Yes. Make a PDF report to share or print for an appointment, or a spreadsheet (CSV) of your entries, from Settings. Everything is made on your device and you choose where it goes.
