Yes. GLPMGR is a private GLP-1 tracker for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. It records each injection with its dose and injection site, follows your titration schedule, tracks weight and symptoms, and reminds you when your next dose is due. It needs no account and keeps your data on your device.

Semaglutide (including Ozempic and Wegovy), tirzepatide (Mounjaro and Zepbound), liraglutide (Saxenda and Victoza), dulaglutide (Trulicity) and exenatide (Byetta and Bydureon) as injections, and oral semaglutide as a pill. You can also type in any other medicine by name. Injection-site information is shown only for medicines with a verified manufacturer list.

Yes. Choose the medicine when you record a dose, set your schedule and dose steps, and GLPMGR tracks the rest. GLPMGR is an independent app and is not affiliated with any manufacturer; brand names are used only to say which medicines it works with.

No. It shows the injection areas the manufacturer lists for your medicine in your region, and marks on a body map where you have injected before. It does not recommend a site, and it is not medical advice. Talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse about where and how to inject.

Each injection can be recorded against one of the listed areas. The body map shades areas by how often you have used them, so you can see your own history at a glance. Where the manufacturer gives rotation wording, GLPMGR shows it word for word.

On our injection site guidance pages, one for each medicine. Each shows the areas the manufacturer lists in the UK, EU and US, any rule that another person should inject an area or that you keep a distance from your belly button, the manufacturer's rotation wording, and links to the documents.

Yes. Enter the dose-escalation ladder your clinician set for a schedule and GLPMGR fills in the current step whenever you log an injection, right up to your maintenance dose. It never calculates or recommends a dose.

Yes. You can log weight in kg, lb or stones, set a goal weight and watch your progress. Weight can optionally sync with Apple Health, which is off until you turn it on.

Yes. The symptom diary records symptoms with severity, timing and notes, and shows when they happen in relation to your doses.

Yes. GLPMGR can remind you before each dose is due and warn you when a pen, vial or prescription is running low. Reminders are scheduled on your device by iOS and nothing is sent from a server. It only sends notifications once you allow them.

Yes. The Apple Watch app shows how long until your next dose and lets you log your weight. Widgets and Live Activities show your next dose on the Home Screen and Lock Screen.

On your device by default. GLPMGR has no servers of its own, no account, no ads and no analytics. If you turn on iCloud Sync, your data also syncs to your own private iCloud account, which backs it up and keeps your devices current. Apple Health sync is also optional and off by default.

A monthly plan at £4.99 with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, or a yearly plan at £24.99. Prices are in GBP and local pricing is set by the App Store. Cancel any time in your device's Settings.

Cancel any time in your device's Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. On a new device, tap Restore Purchases on GLPMGR's unlock screen to get your subscription back without paying again.

No. GLPMGR is for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch.

A gentle chart of your estimated relative level, based on typical half-life and the doses you have logged. It is an estimate for context, not a clinical measurement, and should not be used to make treatment decisions.

No. GLPMGR is a personal tracking and reminder tool, not a medical device. It echoes the schedule you (or your clinician) set up and never calculates or recommends a dose. Always follow your prescribing clinician's instructions.

Yes. Export a shareable PDF report, or CSV and JSON files, from Settings. Exports are generated entirely on your device.
